After graduating from Stephen F. Austin University, Hans Socha was invited by Mark Grosse to Port Aransas with the promise of great fishing, a job, and lots of fun. What Hans found in addition to the great fishing and lots of fun, was a true family in the Mark Grosse Real Estate team. Hans is our resident handyman and uses his forestry and wildlife degree to keep the office beautiful and native, while also helping the team with whatever needs arise. We could not operate as effectively without Hans’ amazing support. In his free time, Hans enjoys fishing, gardening and spending time outdoors with his fiancé and their pups.
